The Cute Beyond is optimised for a wide range of load impedance's and is compatible for headphones form 25 - 600 ohms, so yes it will drive your AKG, Sennheiser or Grado headphone. The high bandwidth, extreme low noise design (lower than -104dB) has more than 104 dB or dynamic range.
The gain switch located on the rear panel allows for quick and easy optimization for high or low efficiency headphones.
